Current prototype
The VIN lookup contacts the public NHTSA VIN-decoding service when you select Decode. No repair inquiry form is transmitted to K’s from this prototype and a selected photo remains on the customer’s device.
Before the inquiry system launches
We will publish a complete privacy policy explaining what contact details, VINs, and photographs are collected; how they are stored and retained; who can access them; which service providers process them; and how customers can request deletion. The secure submission system, SMS notifications, and email backup are not live.
